Fraud

If your employer deceived or misrepresented facts to you , your employer has committed “fraud.” To prove fraud, you have to show that a manager purposefully told you something that he or she knew was false at the time, with the intent of deceiving and harming you. You also have to show that the fraud caused you some harm, such as monetary loss.
